Malden Square Apartments Frequently Asked Questions

Malden Square Apartments is pet friendly. We welcome cats and dogs with a limit of two pets allowed per apartment home. We do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix combination of this breed. Based on our community’s location, there may be other breed restrictions that we follow in accordance with laws and local ordinances.
 

• Pet Rent is $75 per pet, per month.
• Max weight per pet is 50 lbs.

We offer 5-15 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.

We offer garage parking for $150/month.

Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification:

• Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
• Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
• Uploading recent paystubs for verification

• Housing allowance documentation
• 2 recent bank account statements
• Offer letters
• Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
• Tax forms
• Proof of assets

Yes. Malden Center Station is about a 10-minute walk (0.5 miles) with access to the MBTA Orange Line and the Commuter Rail. MBTA bus stops are just a block from the community.
